Terms of Service for FluteSync

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FluteSync application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FluteSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This application is provided exclusively for students of Jimy Music Classes. If you are not an authorized student, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Access to the Service

Your access to FluteSync is granted via a username and password created by your teacher at Jimy Music Classes, and is linked to your Google Account for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account with others.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the application only for its intended purpose: as a tool for your music education. You will not use the app to post any content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate. Your teacher reserves the right to review content and manage your account.

4. Termination

Your access to FluteSync is contingent upon your status as a student at Jimy Music Classes. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or are no longer a student.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your consent to the new Terms.
